HOW A FENGSHUI CONSULTATION IS CARRIED OUT

Individual consultants have different methods and working practices. Most will use a combination of techniques based on the requirements of each client and their circumstances.

As with any service, you will want to choose a consultant you trust and feel comfortable with. Ultimately the success of a consultation depends on the partnership between consultant and client.

Consultants’ methods and recommendations vary and it is important to be aware of this from the start.
Each set of recommendations is unique and represents a whole picture of your property and its occupants from the viewpoint of the style of Feng Shui practiced by the consultant.
It is not usually possible to incorporate advice from two or more different consultants as confusion may result.
 
There may be several stages to a consultation, selected from the following list:-

Telephone interview.
Written Questionnaire - details of client/s and building.
Request for scale plans.
Request for information on how to find the property.

A visual survey of property and surrounding environment.
A tour of the building.
Analysis of the building in its environment.
Use of the Three Gate Bagwa (overall view of building based on door location as opposed to compass direction).
On site discussion of findings.
Advice on the use of Feng Shui cures.
Advice on the use of rituals and symbols.
A discussion of the Intuitive Approach to Feng Shui.
Analysis of the environment and the land around a building.
Analysis of energy sources in the environment.
Analysis of effects of wiring and appliances surrounding your home and in each room.
Advice on space Clearing.
Advice on clutter clearing.
Analysis of negative energies in a building.
Advice on the detection of spirit energy.
Recommendations will first be made on site,
and then;

You can receive a written report as an optional extra service.
Jeanette will answer report-based queries, and will be available for follow up questions for a specified period, for a fee.
Client records will be kept for a reasonable period

Clients will not be pressured to purchase products, and should be aware that hard sell techniques do not often go hand in hand with professional integrity.
 
There will always be alternative ways to implement recommendations.
 
Travel expenses may be included in the fee.
Fees will be based on the size of the property and:-
i) Domestic properties - number of bedrooms
ii) Commercial properties - number of clients
Off-site consultations will require the supply of certain documentary information, and cannot be given based merely on a verbal description. Such consultations are offered by post and email.
Ideally a building should be seen in relation to its environment in order for a detailed Feng Shui survey to be conducted.
